Title: Implementing MAXIMO and Mobility for Asset Management at the World Trade Center.
In this session, you will learn how the Port Authority of New York-New Jersey has implemented MAXIMO and DataSplice for the WTC’s Central Chiller Plant. The MAXIMO and mobility implementation efforts focused on alignment with the maintenance and asset management strategies of the organization. The primary goal of this project was to increase visibility into the work and asset management process, ensuring optimal delivery of services and achieving the highest possible return on asset. The session will identify the challenges and successes of implementing both Maximo and a mobile solution at the WTC, as well as how these efforts provide synergies with the organizations various planning projects.
