    SALARY: $6,283.00 – $8,479.00/Monthly

    General Description:

    The Irvine Ranch Water District is accepting applications for an Asset Systems Analyst who under general direction of the Asset Systems Manager will support the District’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. The successful candidate will perform EAM program activities, including data management, technical/ administrative report preparation, analytical duties, performance tracking for operations and maintenance (O&M) activities, and acts as a liaison and collaborator between various district departments.

    Summary of Duties:

    Provide troubleshooting support services to EAM system users and responds to requests related to District systems, assets, and maintenance information.

    Conduct training sessions for existing EAM users, new hires, and as needed.

    Collaborate with EAM users to design, develop, test, train, and recommend system and business process enhancements.

    Collaborate with department managers, supervisors, and operations/ maintenance staff to create and update job plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and system/ asset information.

    Manage the EAM system data entry by collecting, developing, scrubbing, processing, updating, and verifying data.

    Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized business processes.

    Actively participate in the District’s safety programs to incorporate or update safety-related data within the EAM system.

    Work with managers/ supervisors to develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, and track operation and maintenance performance.

    Assist with the development of database queries, ad-hoc reports, and perform data collection to support special analyses.

    Analyze and provide status reports on maintenance activities, KPI’s, and asset failure codes.

    Coordinate system testing activities, assisting with the development of test scripts, performing user acceptance testing, and ensuring implementation requirements are met.

    Actively participate in the roll out of new software modules, features, fixes, and upgrades, coordinating with consultants, issuing announcements, developing training curriculums, guides, and manuals, and conducting training sessions as necessary.

    Perform general documentation and power point presentation activities related to projects, District studies, and technical evaluations, including Request for Proposals, technical memorandums, condition assessments, risk/ reliability analyses and the District’s Asset Management Plan.

    Assist Asset Maintenance Coordinators with field asset registration/ management activities and asset data/ work order updates, as needed.

    Comply with District safety work-related practices and attend relevant safety training.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    A combination of experience and/ or education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field and three years of asset management experience is required.

    Experience performing a variety of professional support and analytical activities with any Enterprise Asset Management or Computerized Maintenance Management System is required.

    Experience with delivering training to technicians, supervisors, and managers is required.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications is required.

    Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management system is preferred.

    Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.

    Experience with updating databases, running queries/ reports, and managing documents is preferred.

    Experience within the Water/ Wastewater industry is preferred.

    License /Certifications Required:

    Valid Class ‘C’ California Driver’s License is required.
