Presentation: Where We Are and Where We’re Going – L.A. County Public Works & Maximo
Learn what LACDPW is doing with Maximo and their upgrade progress to 7.6
Discussion Group: Maximo 7.5 End of Service, a new beginning with Maximo 7.6 –
Everybody knows that the end of service for Maximo 7.5 is on April 30th, 2018 (if you don’t know…now you do!) But not everybody knows how to get from where they are today to the latest version of Maximo. In fact, many of us may ‘fondly’ remember the pain of the last upgrade. This discussion group will talk through what elements are required to make your 7.5 upgrade project a success. In addition, we will talk beyond ‘technical upgrades’ and look at some of the Maximo 7.6 features. Can those new features be incorporated to improve your organization’s current use of Maximo.
Presentation: Maximo Refrigerant Tracking Management System – Northrop Grumman
To ensure compliance with Federal EPA and State requirements to:
- Identify appliances that contain 50 or more pounds of refrigerant.
- Maintain service records documenting the date and type of service as well as the quantity of refrigerant added.
NGAS Facilities Services will utilize the two existing Maximo instances to identify appliances with 50 or more pounds of refrigerant via the asset table. To achieve the object of maintaining service records, Facilities Services will use the existing Maximo Material Use Transaction ensuring the asset information is maintained and correct to ensure that the accurate refrigeration usage and pertinent data is entered into the Maximo work order actuals refrigerant tracking tab.
